What support we provide, what we do not provide, and how to get assistance.

Included Support

We provide support for the following:

  • Help with installation and basic setup of our products
  • Assistance with confirmed bugs or issues with the product as delivered
  • Clarification of product features and functionality
  • General questions about how to use the product as intended

Excluded Support

We do NOT provide support for:

  • Free custom development, scripting, or feature additions
  • Editing, modifying, or building entire games for you
  • Fixing unrelated third-party systems or scripts
  • Teaching Roblox scripting from scratch or providing full coding education
  • Debugging issues caused by your own modifications to the product
  • Compatibility with heavily modified environments or conflicting third-party code

How to Get Support

When contacting support, please provide:

  • Clear screenshots or videos showing the issue
  • Any error messages you are receiving
  • Proof of purchase if requested
  • Detailed description of what you are trying to do and what is happening

Response Times

Response times may vary depending on availability and support volume. We aim to respond to inquiries as soon as reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee immediate response times.

Termination of Support

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate support for users who engage in:

  • Abuse, harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior towards staff
  • Spam or repeated unnecessary messages
  • Fraudulent chargeback abuse
  • Leaking or sharing our products in violation of our License Agreement
  • Violation of any other terms or policies
