Our policy regarding refunds for digital products sold on BuiltByBit and other platforms.

General Policy

All products sold by KDILGAMES are digital downloads or digital resources. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after you have been granted access, downloaded, or received delivery of the product.

Refund Considerations

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Product was not delivered or access was not granted after purchase
  • Duplicate purchase occurred by mistake
  • Major confirmed bug that makes the product completely unusable, and support is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Buyer changed their mind after purchase
  • Buyer does not know how to install or use the product
  • Buyer expected custom features not listed or described on the product page
  • Product was broken after being edited or modified by the buyer
  • Incompatibility caused by heavy modifications, third-party scripts, or custom environments

BuiltByBit Purchases

Purchases made through BuiltByBit may also be subject to BuiltByBit's own refund policies and dispute resolution process. We comply with platform rules where applicable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Your order ID or transaction reference
  • Name of the product you purchased
  • Detailed description of the issue
