Grant of License
KDILGAMES grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product(s) solely for your own personal or commercial use in your own Roblox experiences or projects. This license is granted upon purchase and is subject to these terms.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the purchased product, including but not limited to source code, scripts, assets, designs, documentation, and all intellectual property rights therein, remain the exclusive property of KDILGAMES. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the product, only a license to use it as permitted herein.
Permitted Uses
You are permitted to:
- Use the product in your own Roblox experience(s) or project(s)
- Modify the product for your own personal or commercial use within your projects
- Implement the product as part of your gameplay systems in your own games
Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, redistributing, leasing, renting, or sublicensing the product or modified versions of the product
- Sharing, leaking, uploading, or giving away the product to any third party
- Uploading the product (or modified versions) to public platforms such as Roblox Library, GitHub, or any other public repository
- Claiming the product or any part of it as your own original work
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any branding, license notices, or watermarks included in the product
- Using the product for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
License Scope
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, one purchase grants one license for one buyer/account/team. Multiple licenses must be purchased for multiple teams or accounts.
License Revocation
KDILGAMES reserves the right to revoke your license at any time, without prior notice or refund, if you:
- Leak, share, or redistribute the product in violation of these terms
- Commit fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abuse support services or staff
- Violate any other terms outlined in this agreement
Upon revocation, you must immediately cease all use of the product and delete all copies in your possession.
Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any protected or obfuscated portions of the product for malicious purposes, circumvention of protections, or unauthorized redistribution.
Platform Compatibility
Our products are designed for use on the Roblox platform. Changes to Roblox's API, engine, or policies may affect compatibility. We are not responsible for changes made by Roblox that impact product functionality due to platform updates or changes.
Disclaimer of Warranty
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KDILGAMES MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
